As we grow we are constantly looking for staff at our modern offices in Stevenage – particularly for Claims Handlers who handle our client relationships from first call to final settlement. This position calls for a professional manner, a degree or equivalent, and experience in office based customer service (ideally in a legal or financial environment).
The role is a balance of working from a Service Desk solution managing desktop/ infrastructure support and project based work to scale and improve all aspects for the IT estate. Based in a single location and supporting an ever growing userbase with minimal remote access, operating with the security standards at all times to protect our customers data.
We are still growing and have a number of vacancies, and are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to assist and support our billing and accounts team on a full time basis to cover for maternity leave.
Claims Handlers handle our client relationships from first call to final settlement. You are likely to be educated to degree level or equivalent and have experience in office-based customer service, ideally with a financial or legal firm, or have worked in a sector that’s heavily regulated. You’ll need to show you can work in a team, but are prepared to use your initiative.
