Authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, we’re not a Claims Management Company and we’re not a call centre. We never cold call and we never use SMS text messaging or aggressive marketing of any kind to win new business. Nor will we ever work with marketing companies that employ such methods. A third of our new business comes from referrals made by existing clients.
Rapid growth means we now employ 70 full time and 30 part time staff at our modern offices in central Stevenage, close to the train station and the town centre.

We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) to be our Finance Manager
Claims Handlers handle our client relationships from first call to final settlement. You are likely to be educated to degree level or equivalent and have experience in office-based customer service, ideally with a financial or legal firm, or have worked in a sector that’s heavily regulated. You’ll need to show you can work in a team, but are prepared to use your initiative.
